Our cancellation and refund terms for live and recorded courses at QuintEdge.

Students enrolled in any live course (online or classroom) may request cancellation provided the following conditions are met:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email from the registered student email address to info@quintedge.com.
No cancellation will be permitted once the student has attended 2 or more classes, or once 2 or more classes have been delivered per the batch schedule.
Recorded (self-paced) courses are not eligible for cancellation once enrolment is confirmed. This is because access to all course materials, video lectures, and resources is provided immediately upon enrolment.
A full refund will be issued if the student requests withdrawal before attending 2 or more classes, and before 2 or more classes have been delivered per the batch schedule.
No refund will be issued if the student has attended 2 or more classes, or if 2 or more classes have been delivered per the published batch schedule — regardless of attendance.
No refunds are offered for recorded (self-paced) courses. Since access to all course materials is granted immediately upon enrolment, refunds are not applicable.
QuintEdge reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course or batch for operational, logistical, or other reasons. In such cases:
